Michael began his career as a stylist over 30 years ago. His studies brought him to London (at the Vidal Sassoon Academy), New York and Los Angeles. He spent thirteen years at Michael Kluthe Salon, where he not only styled hair but worked as a salon educator. Michael had the pleasure of being mentored by many creative greats such as Robert Croonin, Trever Sorbie, Nick Aroja and Frederic Fekkai. He has participated in countless fashion and hair shows, photo shoots as well as magazine and platform work. Michael is highly regarded in the industry for his creativity, ingenuity, professionalism and expertise.
Thiago Cardoso
Creative Stylist and Colour Technician
A seasoned hair stylist, Thiago has worked at some of the top salons in Sao Paulo, Brazil as well as working as an educator at the Redken and Schwarzkopf Academies. Inspired to lead his own business, Thiago founded specialty salon The Color Boutique before his journey led him to Toronto.
Thiago is an expert in balayage, highlighting and hair colour techniques as well as cutting and styling. He is extremely attentive and precise and is known for helping clients create and achieve their hair goals.
Gabriel Bonilla
Colour Technician & Make-up ArtistGabriel has an affinity for all things beauty related and is always up to date on
the latest trends and styles. With almost two decades of experience, he uses his
skills and expertise to achieve any look whether you want to cover stubborn
greys, brighten up your hair with sun-kissed, natural looking balayage and
highlights or go all out with vibrant and striking fashion colours. Gabriel brings his
client’s vision to life, working with them to create a look that captures their
personality and enhances their beauty. He also specializes in dramatic and
glamorous makeup looks. With a passion for learning, Gabriel never stops
growing as an artist.
Felicia McCabe
Salon Coordinator & Make-up ArtistFelicia is an expert in enhancing natural beauty for anyone of any age. Her
makeup design ranges from subtle looks that are soft, sweet, and natural, to bold
evening looks that are show-stopping and daring. Felicia’s false eyelash
application can give eyes a little pop or a dramatic flare. Between flawless
makeup applications, Felicia also runs everything behind the scenes. She is
knowledgeable about all of our products and services and can answer any
questions. Felicia ensures that all of our clients have a great visit and does
everything in her power to accommodate their needs.

Originally from Newfoundland, Holly’s passion for the hair industry led her to Toronto. Over the years she has become a sought after stylist at Jalouse Hair.
Holly prides herself on being current and is a trend setter. She is passionate about making sure her guests leave feeling radiant and confident. Holly specializes in precise haircuts, lived in color and stunning blowouts and updos. With her expertise and dedication, you can trust she will leave you with a flawless look that reflects your unique style.

Aliya Latouche
Apprentice
Meet Aliya, our salon apprentice and the newest addition to the Jalouse team. She loves hair and fashion and is constantly educating herself and practicing her trade.
Aliya’s calm and caring demeanor makes every guest feel welcome in the salon. She is known for her amazing scalp massages that will instantly relax you. Aliya is obsessed with colour, working on mastering her blow dries and is becoming a force to be reckoned with.
